Every supplement on this page I’ve personally bought and used for at least 60 days. The results — good and bad — are all here. No free products, no brand deals, no PR-approved language.
The longevity supplement space has a specific problem: most of what’s out there is marketing with a thin research veneer. The brands that spend the most on celebrity endorsements are often the ones with the least to justify the price. I test things to find out which is which.

How to read these reviews
Every review on this site follows the same format: I track what I notice week by week, I separate things I can actually feel from things I’m taking on faith, and I tell you who should skip the product entirely. The “who should skip it” section is the one most affiliate sites don’t write. I write it because it’s the part that makes the rest of the review credible.
Affiliate links are disclosed on every page. I earn a commission when you buy through them. That’s the model, and it only works if the reviews are actually honest — so they are.
