I’m Parker. I run Tested Longevity.
The premise is simple: I only write about products I personally buy and use, I test them for months before saying anything, and I tell you the honest version — including when to skip something and buy a competitor instead.
I started this site because I got tired of two things: longevity supplement brands making claims they can’t back up, and review sites that rank products they’ve never touched. I’ve spent enough money on things that didn’t do what they said they would. At some point I started keeping notes. This is the notes, made public.
How I test things
Everything I review on this site follows the same process: I buy it with my own money, I use it daily for at least 60 days, I track what I notice week by week, and I write it up with the honest results — including the things that didn’t work for me. No exceptions. I don’t accept free products for review and I don’t write about things I haven’t used.
The weekly tracking matters. The longevity category is full of products that feel like something in week one (usually placebo) and then plateau. The only way to tell signal from noise is to track carefully over months, not days. When I write “by week three I noticed X,” that’s a note I wrote at week three, not something I reconstructed after deciding I liked the product.
The affiliate relationship, explained clearly
Most of the products I review have affiliate programs. When you buy through a link on this site, I earn a commission — at no cost to you. That’s how the site stays running.
Here’s what I think that means and doesn’t mean. It means I have a financial incentive to recommend products. It doesn’t mean I recommend products I don’t use or wouldn’t recommend anyway. The policy — only promote what I personally use — predates any affiliate relationship. I applied it to pick which products to test first, before I knew which ones would have affiliate programs worth having.
I also tell you when the cheaper option is probably fine, when a competitor has a legitimate edge, and when the product I’m reviewing didn’t do what I hoped it would. If an affiliate link only paid me when I said positive things, this site wouldn’t work the way it does. It pays me when you trust the review enough to buy. That trust is only worth something if I protect it.
What I cover
I test longevity products across two categories: supplements (all-in-one shakes, NAD+ precursors, collagen, protein) and devices (PEMF therapy devices, cold plunge tubs, wearables). Both categories have the same problem — a lot of marketing, not enough honest first-person data from someone who’s actually used the thing for months. That’s the gap I’m trying to fill.
I don’t cover everything. The products I test are the ones I was already interested in using for my own health before I started the site. That constraint keeps the reviews honest and the site from becoming another generic affiliate content farm.
